For it is God's will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish men. Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God. (1 Peter 2:15-16 NIV) The ignorant speak loudly and often, but their words are as a nebulous vapor. Pay them no attention and focus on doing good to all men no matter what! This will surely give them something to talk about!
PRAYER: Lord, our desire is to do your will and please you. Help us not be distracted from good works by the idle words of the ignorant. Amen!
