God is not technical: He is faithful.  His will is clearly expressed by His word.  To experience manifestation, know His will and pray His word

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for your word.  By it we know your will and experience your faithfulness in performing everything you have said.  Amen.

No one is always right especially when it comes to our perspective of ourself!  How we see ourself and how others view us could be totally different.   Consider constructive criticism from others as a 'perspective adjustment,'  designed to help us be and become our best self!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for placing people in our life that will tell us the truth about us.  Help us to receive that truth and make the necessary adjustments in order that we may be and become our best self!  Amen.

HEARTS AND MINDS ON TRIAL!

Test me, O LORD, and try me, examine my heart and my mind; for your love is ever before me, and I walk continually in your truth. (Ps 26:2-3 NIV) 

Our hearts and minds should always be kept in such a state that if put on trial, they will be found innocent of any and all wrong doing.  Conversely, they should be found guilty of being filled with love, truth and righteousness. 

PRAYER: Lord, let your precious shed blood cleanse our hearts and minds continually so that we may be found forever innocent upon examination.  Amen!

Ps 51:7-11. . . . Sprinkle me with the cleansing blood and I shall be clean again. Wash me and I shall be whiter than snow.   And after you have punished me, give me back my joy again.  Don't keep looking at my sins-erase them from your sight.  Create in me a new, clean heart, O God, filled with clean thoughts and right desires.  TLB

Out of a pure heart will flow a pure life.  Be careful then, not to allow anything or anyone to pollute your spring! 

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for giving  us a new hearts out of  which flows a new and pure life.  Strengthen us daily to be diligent in guarding our heart from all pollutants and polluters.  Amen!

With God, all things are possible even life-long health, strength and prosperity. Don't allow bad life choices to diminish life's potential!   When we take care of God's business, God takes care of us!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for giving us life-long health, strength and prosperity in order that we may carry out and complete your divine purpose in us! Amen!

WE CONTROL THE NARRATIVE!

For it is God's will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish men. Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God. (1 Peter 2:15-16 NIV) 

The ignorant speak loudly and often, but their words are as a nebulous vapor.  Pay them no attention and focus on doing good to all men no matter what!  This way, we are in control of the narrative.   

PRAYER: Lord, our desire is to do your will and please you.  Help us to not be distracted from good works by the idle words of the ignorant.  Amen!

From God's perspective, a promise made is a blessing received.  Know His promises, know our blessings!

THE PERFECTING PROCESS!

"Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,  To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen." (Jude 24-25 KJV)  

Our failures are not final or fatal because the perfecting process will continue on to completion!  With great joy, Jesus our Savior, will Himself present to the Father the finished work at the appointed time.

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for your commitment to our perfecting process!  We look forward to being the finished work you present to the Father at the appointed time.  Amen!

 There will be times when from every direction, nothing but enemies will be confronting us. Knowing in advance that God is all we need is reassuring and makes it much easier to put our trust and complete confidence in Him, before we reach the point where we realize God is all we've got!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for being on our side and being all that we need.  Our complete trust and confidence is in you.  Amen!

NEVER CAUGHT OFF GUARD!

Nothing catches God off guard; He is always in control and has everything under His control!  He ordains the start, pauses, stops, and ending of every season.  He knows what we don't know about every situation and if we are wise and seek His guidance, He will reveal to us what the enemy desires to conceal and keep from us!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for being in control and having everything under your control.  You set the bounds of our lives and ordain every season.  Help us to trust you and always look to you for guidance.  Amen!

God has us on His schedule today, but do we have God on ours?  If not, we should, because God had something very specific in mind for us when He put us on His schedule.  Don't miss today's appointment!

PRAYER:  Lord, thank you for scheduling every day of our lives.  Help us to be in sync with your plans and purpose.  Amen!

Ps 25:8-10. . . .The Lord is good and glad to teach the proper path to all who go astray;  he will teach the ways that are right and best to those who humbly turn to him.  And when we obey him, every path he guides us on is fragrant with his loving-kindness and his truth. TLB

"You are my hiding place from every storm of life; you even keep me from getting into trouble! You surround me with songs of victory.  I will instruct you (says the Lord) and guide you along the best pathway for your life; I will advise you and watch your progress.  Don't be like a senseless horse or mule that has to have a bit in its mouth to keep it in line!"   ( Ps 32:7-9 TLB) 

 Our free will is not a licence to do whatever we want to do.  Rather, we are free to choose God's will and plan for our life without having to be forced to do so.  His way is the best way anyway!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for instructing and guiding us along the best pathways of life.  Thank you for keeping your eyes on us and watching our progress.  May our lives always be pleasing in your sight.  Amen!

WATCH WHAT WE SAY AND DO!

"Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;  Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation." (1 Peter 2:11-12 KJV)  

As believers, we should always be cognizant of our behavior especially around unbelievers.  One wrong statement or comment that we perceive as innocent, could very well be the thing that causes someone to miss an opportunity to believe.   At all times we should watch what we say and what we do!

Prayer: Lord, thank you for the people you allow to cross our path.  Help us to always be alert and aware of what we say and what we do!  Amen.

 What one says one will do means little.  Only what one does counts!  Put up or shut up!

Prayer: Lord, help us to be doers and not talkers!  Amen!

WHAT DOES THE WORLD SEE!

9-6-2022. . . .WHAT DOES THE WORLD SEE!

"Obey God because you are his children; don't slip back into your old ways-doing evil because you knew no better.  But be holy now in everything you do, just as the Lord is holy, who invited you to be his child.  He himself has said, "You must be holy, for I am holy." (1 Peter 1:14-16 TLB)  

Obedience is a choice!  As God's children, we are without excuse when we choose to follow our old nature and do things that dishonor who God is!  Remember, we were made in His image and after His own likeness; therefore, we are God's visible image in the world.  When the world sees us, what is their impression and opinion of God?  Does what they see draw them to Him or drive them from Him?

Prayer: Lord, thank you for creating us in your own image and likeness.  Help us daily to represent you to the world in a way that draws them to you and not drives them from you!  Amen.

Col 3:10-11. . . . You are living a brand new kind of life that is continually learning more and more of what is right, and trying constantly to be more and more like Christ who created this new life within you. 11 In this new life one's nationality or race or education or social position is unimportant; such things mean nothing. Whether a person has Christ is what matters, and he is equally available to all. TLB

God is our resource and recourse.  What more do we ever need!
