DON'T BE DECEIVED!

 3-29-2024. . . .DON'T BE DECEIVED

"And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you." (Matt 24:4 KJV)

The object of deception is to gain advantage through misleading statements or actions.  Guard your destiny! The enemy would love nothing more than to throw us off course and send us down the wrong path!  DON'T BE DECEIVED!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for giving us a discerning spirit in order that we can avoid being deceived by enemy! Amen.

Prov 16:25. . . .There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. KJV

ASK, SEEK AND KNOCK!

3-27-2024. . . .ASK, SEEK AND KNOCK!

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.  "Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?  Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake?  If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! (Matt 7:7-12 NIV)

God is not in the business of playing hide and seek!  There are things He want us to have, things He wants us to know and places that are ordained for us to go.  We need only ask, seek and knock!  If we do our part, God will do His!

Prayer:  Lord, thank you for giving us full kingdom access.  We have only to ask, seek and knock in order to receive, know and enter.  In Jesus name, we will!  Amen.

Luke 12:32. . . . Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.  KJV

BELIEVER'S PRIORITY!

3-26-2024. . . .BELIEVER'S PRIORITY!

"So don't worry at all about having enough food and clothing. Why be like the heathen?  For they take pride in all these things and are deeply concerned about them.   But your heavenly Father already knows perfectly well that you need them, and he will give them to you if you give him first place in your life and live as he wants you to.  (Matt 6:31-33 TLB)

The law of priority says first things must be first and the main thing must remain the main thing!  Pursuit of the kingdom and the kingdom way is always a believer's priority and key to kingdom prosperity.

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for the key and plan for obtaining kingdom prosperity.  Help us to keep the main thing the main thing in our lives.  Amen!

Phil 4:19. . . .But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.  KJV

PURSUIT OF PURPOSE

Friday, March 22, 2024

EVERYTHING MUST CHANGE!

3-22-2024. . . .EVERYTHING MUST CHANGE!

"Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,  And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.  (Mark 1:14-15 KJV)

The law of repentance says nothing can remain the same, there must be a change in order to operate effectively in the kingdom.  A change in our minds, in our actions and attitude towards life and people!  We are in the world but, no longer of the world.

PRAYER: Lord, we accept your invitation into your kingdom here on earth.  We submit to your will and the process of repentance.  Amen!

2 Cor 5:.17. . . . When someone becomes a Christian, he becomes a brand new person inside. He is not the same anymore.   A new life has begun! TLB

WORK ON SAINTS!

 3-21-2024. . . .WORK ON SAINTS!

"My enemies will fall back and perish in your presence;  you have vindicated me; you have endorsed my work, declaring from your throne that it is good.  (Ps 9:3-4 TLB)

As challenging as it may be, regard not the many naysayers who have no problem expressing their venomous opinions and judging our call, charge, and commission.  God himself puts his stamp of approval on us (the anointing) and we have no need for man's approval, affirmation, or sanction.  God vindicates his anointed and declares our work good!   Work on Servants!

PRAYER: Lord, you alone have called us and qualified us to do what we do.  Help us to look only to you for approval and vindication from the accusations of our enemies.  Amen!

Ps 27:1-3. . . .The Lord is my light and my salvation; he protects me from danger-whom shall I fear?  When evil men come to destroy me, they will stumble and fall! Yes, though a mighty army marches against me, my heart shall know no fear! I am confident that God will save me. TLB

OUR WORK SPEAKS FOR US!

3-20-2024. . . .OUR WORK SPEAKS FOR US!

"So be careful not to jump to conclusions before the Lord returns as to whether someone is a good servant or not. When the Lord comes, he will turn on the light so that everyone can see exactly what each one of us is really like, deep down in our hearts. Then everyone will know why we have been doing the Lord's work. At that time God will give to each one whatever praise is coming to him. (1 Cor 4:5 TLB)

As believers, each of us must be true to the work assigned to our hands.  We must be fully committed and give our all to it.  We look not for confirmation nor affirmation from men, but humbly go about our assignment letting the work we do speak for us.

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for allow us to be apart of your work in the earth.  Help us to go about our assignments with patience and humility allowing our work to speak for us.  Amen!

Col 3:23-24. . . .And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;  Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. KJV

DEFER AND SUCCEED!

3-19-2024. . . .DEFER AND SUCCEED!

"I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."  (Phil 4:13 KJV)

What we may lack in our own ability and power, we can fully accomplish through Christ and His enabling power in us.  Simply defer to Him and succeed.

PRAYER:  Lord, thank you for your enabling power!  There is nothing we cannot accomplish for the kingdom when we defer to you.  Amen.

Eph 1:19-21. . . . I pray that you will begin to understand how incredibly great his power is to help those who believe him. It is that same mighty power  that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in heaven, far, far above any other king or ruler or dictator or leader.  TLB

OPPOSITION EXPECTED!

 3-15-2024. . . .OPPOSITION EXPECTED!

"For you have armed me with strong armor for the battle. My enemies quail before me and fall defeated at my feet. You made them turn and run; I destroyed all who hated me. (Ps 18:39-41TLB)

Opposition is to be expected when one attempts great things.  What God ordains He sustains.  He equips His servants well for every challenge and all haters will see defeat.

PRAYER: Lord, you are strong and mighty.  You equip all those you call for every challenge and all opposition. With you we prevail!  Amen.

Ps 28:6-7. . . .Oh, praise the Lord, for he has listened to my pleadings!  He is my strength, my shield from every danger. I trusted in him, and he helped me. TLB

DRAW YOUR BENEFIT!

3-14-2024. . . .DRAW YOUR BENEFIT!

"The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace. (Ps 29:11 KJV)

With great expectation we can look to the Lord for strength and peace!  These are two of the daily benefits we receive that are spoken of in Psalms 68:19.  In times of weakness and in the mist of our stress, we can look to the Lord and draw our benefits!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for supplying all our need.  Thank you for strength and peace and all benefits you daily supply us with!  Thank again.  Amen!

Ps 68:19. . . . Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation.  KJV

BE HUMBLE!

3-12-2024. . . .BE HUMBLE!

"At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?  And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,  And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.   Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven." (Matt 18:1-4 KJV)

Submission should never be viewed as a bad thing if we want to advance in the kingdom!  Self promotion and pride will only hinder one's progress.  Be humble!

PRAYER: Lord, as little children we humble our self to you.  Exalt us in due season as we diligently obey your every command.  Amen!

1 Peter 5:6-7. . . .Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.  KJV

WE SHALL OVERCOME!

 3-8-2024. . . .WE SHALL OVERCOME!

"I have told you all this so that you will have peace of heart and mind. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows; but cheer up, for I have overcome the world." (John 16:33 TLB)

Although, at times it may seem like we have to face one trail right after the other, it is not out of the norm of what Jesus predicted would be.  He gave us advanced notice so that when it happens, (and happen it shall) we will not be thrown or overly upset by it.  We can remain settled and at peace knowing that as He overcame, we too shall overcome!

PRAYER:  Lord, thank you for giving us advance notice of the things we will face in this world.  We confidence we shall endure knowing that because of you, we shall overcome.  Amen!

1 Peter 4:12-13. . . .Dear friends, don't be bewildered or surprised when you go through the fiery trials ahead, for this is no strange, unusual thing that is going to happen to you.  Instead, be really glad-because these trials will make you partners with Christ in his suffering, and afterwards you will have the wonderful joy of sharing his glory in that coming day when it will be displayed. TLB

WE'RE GOOD!

 3-7-2024. . . .WE'RE GOOD!

"We are pressed on every side by troubles, but not crushed and broken. We are perplexed because we don't know why things happen as they do, but we don't give up and quit.  We are hunted down, but God never abandons us. We get knocked down, but we get up again and keep going.  These bodies of ours are constantly facing death just as Jesus did; so it is clear to all that it is only the living Christ within [who keeps us safe]."  (2 Cor 4:8-10 TLB)

With confidence and patience we navigate are way through every change and challenge of life knowing we are good, because God's got us!

PRAYER: Lord, we thank you for being in control and having everything under control.  No matter what we must face and endure, we know you've got us!  For this we thank you continuously.  Amen!

Rom 8:28. . . . And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.  NIV

STILL STANDING BUT NOT ALONE!

3-6-2024. . . .
 STILL STANDING BUT NOT ALONE!

"Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. (Dan 3:24-25 KJV)

No fire, no matter how hot it is kindled for us and against us, will prevent Jesus, The Son of God from coming to stand at our side!  They that looked once and expected our demise, will most certainly look again with amazement to see, we're 'STILL STANDING', and that, not alone!

Prayer: Lord, Thank you for always being there no mater what it is we face.  With you we can walk into fire and come through every flood.  You lift up a standard against our enemies and enable us to remain standing.  Amen!

Isa 54:17. . . . No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. KJV

WATCH GOD WORK!

3-5-2024. . . .WATCH GOD WORK!

"You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the LORD will give you, O Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the LORD will be with you." (2 Chron 20:17 NIV)

While we may not be charged to fight in every battle, we are not exempted from being in the battle! Our charge is to be in position and without fear, stand firm in our faith as we face our opposition.  Then, simply watch God work!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for giving us your strategic plan for every enemy and battle we must face.  As faithful soldiers, we will carry out your command without fail.  Amen!

1 Tim 6:12-14. . . . Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.  In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I charge you to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ" NIV

MAINTAIN YOUR FAITH AND FOCUS!

 3-1-2024. . . .EXPECT MORE NOT LESS!

"And when you hear of wars and insurrections beginning, don't panic. True, wars must come, but the end won't follow immediately- for nation shall rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be great earthquakes, and famines in many lands, and epidemics, and terrifying things happening in the heavens." (Luke 21:9-11 TLB)

World events and changes are inevitable; catastrophes and disasters as well.  Don't lose faith or focus.  Remember, Jesus said these things would come.  So, expect more not less!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for informing us of all the things that shall occur in the world.  Help us to maintain our faith and focus in the mist of all these things.  Amen!

Matt 24:6-8. . . .And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.  All these are the beginning of sorrows. KJV
