UNSTOPPABLE SUCCESS!

DON'T KEEP IT TO YOURSELF!

10-28-2022. . . .DON'T KEEP IT TO YOURSELF!

"Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people." (1 Chron 16:8 KJV)

It is important that we always give thanks to God! It is equally as important that we share with others our testimonies about the great things He has done.  In so doing, others will be drawn into awareness of Him and many will be converted and believe!

Prayer: Lord, thank you for all things. As I call upon you I also call upon others to know you and praise you for your great and might acts. Amen!

Ps 18:49. . . .Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O LORD, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name.KJV

ASK GOD!

10-27-2022 . . .ASK GOD!

"O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.  O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit." (Ps 30:2-3 KJV)

Once we have asked God to heal us, we can have full confidence in our doctors, nurses and other caregivers through which He facilitates the healing process!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for hearing and answering our prayer for healing.  Thank you for wonderful doctors, nurses and caregivers through which you facilitate the healing process.  Amen!

Matt 7:7-8. . . . Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:  For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.  KJV

MESS UP FESS UP!

10-26-2022. . . .MESS UP FESS UP!

"Let God train you, for he is doing what any loving father does for his children. Whoever heard of a son who was never corrected?  If God doesn't punish you when you need it, as other fathers punish their sons, then it means that you aren't really God's son at all-that you don't really belong in his family.  Since we respect our fathers here on earth, though they punish us, should we not all the more cheerfully submit to God's training so that we can begin really to live?" (Heb 12:7-9  TLB)

If left to our own devices, we all run amok and our human tendencies would have us running completely off the rails.  Even with God's hand heavy upon us, we still at time veer from the prescribed path.  Out of love, God does not throw us away but He lovingly corrects us.  So when we mess up, fess up and allow God to lovingly straighten us up.

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for lovingly correcting us whenever we veer from your prescribed path.  Amen!

Eph 2:1-7. . . .Once you were under God's curse, doomed forever for your sins.  You went along with the crowd and were just like all the others, full of sin, obeying Satan, the mighty prince of the power of the air, who is at work right now in the hearts of those who are against the Lord.  All of us used to be just as they are, our lives expressing the evil within us, doing every wicked thing that our passions or our evil thoughts might lead us into. We started out bad, being born with evil natures, and were under God's anger just like everyone else.  But God is so rich in mercy; he loved us so much that even though we were spiritually dead and doomed by our sins, he gave us back our lives again when he raised Christ from the dead-only by his undeserved favor have we ever been saved-  and lifted us up from the grave into glory along with Christ, where we sit with him in the heavenly realms-all because of what Christ Jesus did.  And now God can always point to us as examples of how very, very rich his kindness is, as shown in all he has done for us through Jesus Christ. RENEWED STRENGTH!

10-25-22. . . .RENEWED STRENGTH!

He energizes those who get tired, gives fresh strength to dropouts.  For even young people tire and drop out, young folk in their prime stumble and fall.  But those who wait upon God get fresh strength.  They spread their wings and soar like eagles, They run and don't get tired, they walk and don't lag behind. (Isa 40:29-31 MSG)

Just when the devil thinks he has us defeated because we've grown weary and seemingly, out of strength to continue the fight, God renews our strength and causes us to rise up and triumph over the enemy once again!  Don't give in; renewed strength is coming to you!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for always causing us to triumph over our enemies and giving us renewed strength in our most needful times.  Amen!

2 Sam 22:33-36. . . .God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect.  He maketh my feet like hinds' feet: and setteth me upon my high places.  He teacheth my hands to war; so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.  Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy gentleness hath made me great. KJV

AFTER THIS!

10-21-2022. . . .AFTER THIS!

"So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.  After this lived Job an hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons, even four generations. (Job 42:12 &16 KJV)

No matter what we have to go through, there are two things that are for certain; there is a beginning and an ending to it!  It's really not a matter then of, "what we go through" but rather, "how we go through!"  Unwavering faith in God's providential care will ultimately result in victory and greater blessings.  Remember, it may be challenging now, but AFTER THIS!!!!!

Prayer: Lord, thank you for your love and providential care that always results for us in victory and blessings! Through the intensity of our dilemmas, help us always remember this and not weaver.  Amen!

Job 23:10-12. . . . But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.   My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined.   Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.  KJV

GOD SAYS YES!

10-20-2022. . . .GOD SAYS YES!

"And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested." (1 Chron 4:10 KJV)

God says yes when our request are in line with His will and desires for us.   God wants us to have more than what we have right now; therefore, we should want only what God wants for us!  Then, when we make request of Him, GOD SAYS YES!

Prayer: Lord, thank you for hearing and answering our prayers!  Thank you for granting our petitions that are in line with your will, and denying those that are not.  Help us not to pout in times of denial, but to yield to your will.  Amen!

1 John 5:14-15. . . . And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:  And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.  KJV

LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS!

Friday, October 14, 2022

WHAT'S YOUR LIMIT!

10-14-2022. . . . WHAT'S YOUR LIMIT!

Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.   And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.  (Matt 21:21-22 KJV)

Never under estimate the power of Faith!  The impossible is suddenly possible!  The immovable, moves!  The possible is only limited by our faith to believe its possible!  What's your Limit?

Prayer: Lord,  thank you for giving each of us the measure of faith.  With it, may there be on limits to the possible.  Amen!

Matt 21:21-22. . . . Then Jesus told them, "Truly, if you have faith and don't doubt, you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this Mount of Olives, 'Move over into the ocean,' and it will.  You can get anything-anything you ask for in prayer-if you believe."  TLB

A LOSING AFFAIR!

10/13/2022. . . .A LOSING AFFAIR!

"And let us not get tired of doing what is right, for after a while we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't get discouraged and give up."  (Gal 6:9-10 TLB)

One of the easiest things in the world to do is give up, especially when one losses hope and becomes discouraged!  The thing about giving up is, we lose the time and effort it took to get us to that place of decision, as well as, the reward and satisfaction of seeing a thing through to the end!  Keep on doing what is right and don't let your efforts become a losing affair!

PRAYER: Lord, strengthen us in our struggles as we strive to do what is right and complete our life's assignments.  Amen!

Heb 10:35-37. . . . Do not let this happy trust in the Lord die away, no matter what happens. Remember your reward!   You need to keep on patiently doing God's will if you want him to do for you all that he has promised. TLB

KEEP PRESSING!

10-12-2022. . . .KEEP PRESSING!

"We are pressed on every side by troubles, but not crushed and broken. We are perplexed because we don't know why things happen as they do, but we don't give up and quit. We are hunted down, but God never abandons us. We get knocked down, but we get up again and keep going." (2 Cor 4:8-10 TLB)

With God, its never over until He says its over!  We always have what we need to recover and begin again.  Keep pressing!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for never abandoning us.  In you we have everything we need to keep pressing forward.  Amen.

Phil 3:13-14. . . . I strain to reach the end of the race and receive the prize for which God is calling us up to heaven because of what Christ Jesus did for us. TLB

LOVE IS A DECISION!

10-11-2022 . . .LOVE IS A DECISION!

"For long ago the Lord had said to Israel: "I have loved you, O my people, with an everlasting love; with loving-kindness I have drawn you to me." ( Jer 31:3 TLB)

God has determined that His love for His people will never end.  Although, at times we may make Him feel angry, sad, disappointed and any number of negative emotions, He yet loves us because He made a decision to do so!

PRAYER: Lord, we thank you that your love is everlasting!  Help us to live lives that are deserving of such love and commitment.  Amen!

Eph 3:17-18. . . . And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts, living within you as you trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God's marvelous love; and may you be able to feel and understand, as all God's children should, how long, how wide, how deep, and how high his love really is; and to experience this love for yourselves, though it is so great that you will never see the end of it or fully know or understand it. YOU WILL BE ALRIGHT!

Friday, October 7, 2022

WE WILL BE ALRIGHT!

10-7-2022. . . .WE WILL BE ALRIGHT!

"When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up-the flames will not consume you.  For I am the Lord your God, your Savior, the Holy One of Israel." (Isa 43:1-3 TLB)

For certain, at some point in our lives, we have all displeased and disappointed God.  Although, He would be well within His rights to cast us away or simply destroy us, instead, He remembers His commitment to us.  How assuring it is to know that when we face adversity and challenges of all types, God has predetermined our outcome.  We will be alright!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for being on our side and by our side.  No matter what challenges we may face in our future, thank you for a predetermined outcome.  Amen!

Ps 103:8-12. . . .He is merciful and tender toward those who don't deserve it; he is slow to get angry and full of kindness and love.  He never bears a grudge, nor remains angry forever.  He has not punished us as we deserve for all our sins, for his mercy toward those who fear and honor him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth. DON'T GIVE AN INCH!

10-6-2022. . . .DON'T GIVE AN INCH!

"For we are not fighting against people made of flesh and blood, but against persons without bodies-the evil rulers of the unseen world, those mighty satanic beings and great evil princes of darkness who rule this world; and against huge numbers of wicked spirits in the spirit world." (Eph 6:12 TLB)

The unseen forces of evil while no match for the power of Almighty God, are nonetheless real and not to be taken for granted.  We should not ever allow them access into our lives by dabbling into what may seem to be benign pagan celebrations.  If we don't give an inch they can't demand a mile!

PRAYER: Lord, you are Lord of our lives!  We exalt you above all and will never surrender even an inch of your sovereign control.   Amen!

Col 2:14-15. . . .He disarmed the principalities and powers and made a public example of them, triumphing over them in him. RSV

KNOWING AND KEEPING!

10-5-2022. . . .KNOWING AND KEEPING!

"The person who knows my commandments and keeps them, that's who loves me. And the person who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and make myself plain to him." (John 14:21 MSG)

Knowing God's word and keeping it equates to knowing Him better.  Not keeping His word means that one is really not serious about knowing Him and therefore, they won't.  One proves who they know by what one does; what one does not do proves the same.

PRAYER: Lord, help us to prove to the world that we know and love you by faithfully keeping your word.  We keep your word because we love you and want to know you better.  Help Us!  Amen.

Prov 7:1-3. . . . My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee.  Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.   Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart. KJV

HELP NOT HURT!

10-4-2022. . . .HELP NOT HURT!

"My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, (James 1:19 NIV)

Words spoken without wisdom are like a surgeon's scalpel in the hand of the unskilled! That which was designed to help ends up hurting!  Be careful to speak words that help and not hurt.

PRAYER: Lord, may the words we speak always help and not hurt; heal and not hinder!  Amen!

James 1:19-20. . . .Dear brothers, don't ever forget that it is best to listen much, speak little, and not become angry;  for anger doesn't make us good, as God demands that we must be. TLB

KNOW HIS WILL PRAY HIS WORD!
