10-7-2011. . . .WITNESS TO SOMEONE TODAY!
"He isn't really being slow about his promised return, even though it sometimes seems that way. But he is waiting, for the good reason that he is not willing that any should perish, and he is giving more time for sinners to repent." (2 Peter 3:8-9 TLB) Surely the Lord will keep His promise to return! In the meantime, let us do all we can to tell everyone we can about the good news of the gospel before the promise is fulfilled! Witness to someone today!
PRAYER: Lord, thank you for loving the world so much that you have not only given your life for us, but in your mercy and compassion, you are giving everyone the opportunity to take full advantage of it. May everyone do so quickly. Amen!
John 3:16-17. . . . For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it. TLB
