8-5-2011. . . .BE PATIENT!
Now as for you, dear brothers who are waiting for the Lord's return, be patient, like a farmer who waits until the autumn for his precious harvest to ripen. Yes, be patient. And take courage, for the coming of the Lord is near. (James 5:7-8 TLB) Living in this modern microwave society it is easy to develop an attitude of impatience. Impatience however, most often results in frustration and disappointment. Remember this: Impatience has no control over or influence upon time! We can't rush the process. The time it takes. . . . is the time it takes! Be Patient!
Prayer: Lord, teach us to wait! Amen.
Heb 10:35-39. . . .Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
