"Stop listening to instruction, my son, and you will stray from the words of knowledge. " (Prov 19:27 NIV)  The old adage, 'You can't teach an old dog new tricks is only applicable if one is unwilling to listen!  No one knows it all!  Listen and learn!

PRAYER: Lord, help us to always have ears that are quick to hear and receive instruction. Amen.

"Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like.  (2 Chron 1:12 KJV)  Wisdom and knowledge come before wealth and riches; if not, as quickly as it comes will be as quickly as it goes!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for giving us wisdom and knowledge so that when wealth and riches come we will not blow it like fools!  Amen!

Prov 11:28. . . .Trust in your money and down you go! Trust in God and flourish as a tree! TLB

BE RESPONSIBLE!

"Tell those who are rich not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which will soon be gone, but their pride and trust should be in the living God who always richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment. Tell them to use their money to do good. They should be rich in good works and should give happily to those in need, always being ready to share with others whatever God has given them."  (1 Tim 6:17-18 TLB)  Those who have much have a great responsibility to be responsible and accountable to God.  What is done with the riches is of far greater and lasting value then the riches themselves.

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for the blessing of riches.  Help us to be responsible and accountable to you and to do all we can when we can to be a blessing to others in need.  Amen!

READY YOURSELF FOR RICHES!

"I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.  Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness."  (Prov 8:17-18 KJV)  Riches without wisdom will lead to sudden ruin!  Riches with wisdom will lead to lasting wealth and a successful life!   Ready yourself for riches by acquiring the wisdom to manage it!

PRAYER: Lord, bless us with nothing we are not prepared to handle!  Help us to recognize our deficient areas and rectify them.  Amen!

 Prov 8:35-36. . . .For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the LORD.   But whoever fails to find me harms himself; all who hate me love death." NIV

ALWAYS ENOUGH!

6-5-2012. . . .ALWAYS ENOUGH!

"Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.  His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.  Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever." (Ps 112:1-3 KJV)  Always enough and never in lack!  That is the wealth and riches assured to the obedient.  Always enough now and throughout our generations!

PRAYER: Thank you Lord for rewarding those that are obedient to your commands with always enough!  Not only for us, but for all our generations. Amen!

RICH!

"The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it."   (Prov 10:22 KJV)   Having money and material possessions without the Lord is like having life without purpose; empty!  Having the Lord is the blessing that makes us rich with or without money and material possessions.

PRAYER: Lord, you are worth far more to us than money or any material possessions this world has to offer.  We are rich beyond measure and we thank you for that!  Amen.

Ps 37:16-17. . . .It is better to have little and be godly than to own an evil man's wealth; 17 for the strength of evil men shall be broken, but the Lord takes care of those he has forgiven.  TLB

6-1-2012. . . .HOW'S YOUR ALIGNMENT!

"For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.  O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee."  (Ps 84:11-12 KJV) God has planned so many wonderful things for us today!  He is distributing them freely to all who qualify by walking uprightly!  How's your alignment? 

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for daily loading us with benefits beyond what we deserve.  Help us to continually walk up right before you!  Amen.
