WASTE NOT CONFIDENCE!
"Putting confidence in an unreliable man is like chewing with a sore tooth, or trying to run on a broken foot. (Prov 25:19 TLB)
Waste not confidence on people who will never live up to the investment of the same! Pain and disappointment will be the only return on that investment. Invest your confidence wisely and let God be the standard of measurement.
PRAYER: Lord, you are the standard of measurement by which we determine in whom we invest confidence! Help us to all be worthy investments. Amen!

AN UNBEATABLE COMBINATION
"So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. (Heb 10:35-37 NIV)
Confidence is faith and trust holding hands! It is an unbeatable combination with from which we can always expect a favorable outcome in every situation. Never let it go!
PRAYER: Lord, thank you that in you, our faith and trust is well placed! A favorable outcome from every situation is our expectation and we thank you in advance for the manifestation! Amen.

TRUST GOD!

In spite of disappointments and sometimes failures, we persevere with confidence knowing that the Lord will never give up on us! What He started in us, He will complete! So, get up; stand up; keep going; stay strong; re-engage; re-connect; go through; get through; stay in the race; endure to the end; TRUST GOD!
PRAYER: Lord, thank you for not ever giving up on us! Help us to trust you and never give up on ourselves! Amen.

HOW MUCH ARE WE WILLING TO LOOSE!
"For we must all stand before Christ to be judged and have our lives laid bare-before him. Each of us will receive whatever he deserves for the good or bad things he has done in his earthly body." (2 Cor 5:10 TLB)
The day of accounting is surely going to come when every believer will stand before the Lord Jesus and receive our reward for the things done while here on the earth. A lot is said about our golden crowns and white robes and such, but please know, we will also receive what we have earned for the bad we have done as well. Our salvation will not be at stake, but think of the reward we will loose as a result of our bad deeds. How much are we willing to loose? Eliminate the bad and increase the good; so also our reward shall be!
PRAYER: Lord you are just and true in all your ways. There is no unrighteousness with you. We pray that before your return we eliminate all the bad from our lives so that you will only have to reward us for our good! Amen!
Ps 37:27-30. . . .So if you want an eternal home, leave your evil, low-down ways and live good lives. For the Lord loves justice and fairness; he will never abandon his people. They will be kept safe forever; but all who love wickedness shall perish. The godly shall be firmly planted in the land and live there forever. THE RIGHT OR LEFT!
"Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:- - - - Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: (Matt 25:34; 25:41KJV)
Two sides, one for sheep (believers) one for (goats) non-believers! What we do and the choices we make now will determine what He does and the choice He makes then! Which side will we be on: THE RIGHT OR LEFT!
PRAYER: Lord, when the separation time comes, may what we've done and the choices we've made allow you to gladly position us on the right side! Amen!
Matt 25:41-45. . . .Then I will turn to those on my left and say, 'Away with you, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his demons. HE WILL ANSWER!
We need not ever fear to come to God in our times of need. With assurance we can ask in confidence knowing that in His faithfulness, HE WILL ANSWER US!

DON'T FALL FOR THE OKEY DOKE!
"Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage."(Gal 5:1 KJV)
The problem with seeing how close one can get to the fire without getting burnt is, one almost always gets burnt. The devil will continue to tempt us with things we've been freed from as long as we show an interest in it. Don't fall for the okey doke! It's a trap designed to place you back in bondage. Stand firm in your freedom and don't go back!
`Prayer: Lord, thank you for setting us free from the bonds of sin. Help us to seek the ways of escape you provide for us when temptations come. Amen!

PLEASE GOD NOT MEN!
"When a man is trying to please God, God makes even his worst enemies to be at peace with him. (Prov 16:7 TLB)
Styling and profiling to please people and gain favor from men will only lead to frustration and an assembly of haters whose only objective is to see you fail. However, when our ways please God, even against their will, haters will have to rethink their position. Please God not men!
PRAYER: Lord, you are the one we seek to please in all our ways. Help us to be and remain daily focused on that objective alone. Amen!

WHO!

If by walking in the Lord's way, personal reward, blessings and prosperity are certain, who would consider walking any other way! WHO?

.ENABLE AND ENLARGE!
"And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing." (Isa 10:27 KJV)
The power of the anointing affects not only what's outside of us, but also what's inside of us! It enables and enlarges us to a point where we break out of whatever binds us. Whatever was binding us is then rendered useless and powerless to ever bind us again!
PRAYER: Lord, enable and enlarge us to break free and stay free from all things that bind us. Fatten us daily until we are too large for any yoke but yours! Amen.

VALID OR INVALID!
" A wise man restrains his anger and overlooks insults. This is to his credit. " (Prov 19:11 TLB)
Just because someone says something about you does not make it so. No matter how unflattering or insulting the statement or action is, our 'Re-Action' to it will validate or invalidate it. It is wise to always keep our anger in check. It will be a credit to us. As a result, those issuing the insult will always have to reevaluate their position, assumtions and false statements about you!
Prayer: Lord, thank you for strategies to defeat the enemy! Help us never to be taken by surprise or caught off guard and fail to employ them. Amen!

GOOD CONSEQUENCES!
"I have chosen the way of truth; I have set my heart on your laws. I hold fast to your statutes, O LORD; do not let me be put to shame." Ps 119:30-31 (NIV)
Our choices have consequences! The nature of the consequence is contingent upon the nature of the choice. Bad choices bring bad consequences; good choices bring good consequences. What's your choice? Choose the ways of truth and hold fast to them! So shall you experience good consequences.
Prayer: Lord, lead us daily in the ways of truth and help us to make that choice our own consistently. Amen!

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!
The United States of America is the greatest nation in the world. While freedom is available to all within her borders, so many yet remain bound to an unseen slave master; physically free, but spiritually bound. The U.S. Constitution and it's Bill of Rights are powerless to set men free from the bonds of sin. Only the Son can do that, and He will for all that let Him! This is your Day! HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!
PRAYER: Lord, thank you for freedom through your Son, Jesus the Christ! Our prayer today is that all men would be set free by He alone who is able to keep us from falling. Amen!
