What a travesty for one to have 20/20 vision and yet be proverbially  "blind as a bat!" How tragic that no matter how loudly the truth is blasted in one's ear, they still don't or more sadly, won't hear it.  If God can do anything, He can do every thing!  If He did it once, He is well able to do it again and again and again!  TRACK HIM - TRACE HIM - BELIEVE HIM  and TRUST  HIM!

PRAYER: Lord, you are yet the God who does wonders that are beyond understanding and  miracles are cannot be counted!  Do it again Lord!  We trust you and we believe you!  Do it again!  Amen.

THEY WON'T KNOW WHAT HIT EM!

"When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him. (Prov 16:7 KJV)  

One sure way to deal with our enemies is to let the Lord handle them!  If we through our actions simply focus on pleasing the Lord, the Lord Himself will cause our enemies to be still; they won't even know what hit em!

PRAYER: Lord, you have such a cool way of handling things!  If we were left to our own devices as it relates to dealing with our enemies, it would be nothing less then a big mess.  Continue teaching us yours ways and may our ways be always pleasing to you.  Amen.

Ps 3:5-7. . . .Then I lay down and slept in peace and woke up safely, for the Lord was watching over me.  And now, although ten thousand enemies surround me on every side, I am not afraid.  I will cry to him, "Arise, O Lord! TIME AND TIME AGAIN!

“Unless the LORD had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence. When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.” (Ps 94:17-18 KJV) 

Death certainly would have been our dwelling place if God had not helped us! Time and time again He has come through for us. Even when we did not deserve it, His mercy sustained us. As Preachers like to say: "Won't He do it?"   Indeed He will, Time and Time again!

Prayer: Lord, there has never been a time you have not helped us. Where would we be without You? Thank You for always helping us. Amen.

Ps 109:26-28 . . . . Help me, O Lord my God! Save me because you are loving and kind.  Do it publicly, so all will see that you yourself have done it. TLB

LETS GET BUSY!

“But if we confess our sins to him, he can be depended on to forgive us and to cleanse us from every wrong. [And it is perfectly proper for God to do this for us because Christ died to wash away our sins.]” (1 John 1:9 TLB) 

If asked the question, "Can we be depended upon to forgive," what would the answer be?   If that answer does not mirror what the word says about God, we've got work to do!  Lets Get Busy!

Prayer: Lord, you are so faithful in every way! Praise your name forever.  May the testimony of those forgiven be the same as the one that forgave!   Amen!

Our commitment and good deeds done without fanfare, hardly go unnoticed! God always sees and will ensure that special appointed people also see, take note, and reward you appropriately!

Prayer: Lord, thank you that our good deeds never go unnoticed by you. Thank you also for using special people appointed by you to bless us. Amen!

Heb 6:9-10. . . . God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. NIV

BE WHO YOU ARE!

Although, the enemy tempts us to do things out of character to prove who we are, like Jesus, we never deviate from God's which is expressed will.  We never have to prove to the enemy or anyone else who we are, we simply be who we are!

Prayer: Lord, thank you that through your Son Jesus, you have made us your children.  We have nothing to prove to the enemy.  Amen!

1 John 3:1-2. . . . See how very much our heavenly Father loves us, for he allows us to be called his children-think of it-and we really are! But since most people don't know God, naturally they don't understand that we are his children. TLB

STEP UP STEP OUT!

David said to the Philistine, "You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. This day the LORD will hand you over to me, and I'll strike you down and cut off your head. Today I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel.  All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the LORD saves; for the battle is the LORD's, and he will give all of you into our hands." (1 Sam 17:45-47) 

With the Lord on our side, it matters little how formidable our enemy may be.  With confidence just step up and step out, for the bigger they are, the harder they'll fall! 

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for being on our side!  We need not fear any enemy no matter how threatening they may be.  With you we always have victory!  Thank you.  Amen!

"My enemies will fall back and perish in your presence;  you have vindicated me; you have endorsed my work, declaring from your throne that it is good.  (Ps 9:3-4 TLB)  

As challenging as it may be, regard not the many naysayers who have no problem expressing their venomous opinions and judging our call, charge, and commission.  God himself puts his stamp of approval on us (the anointing) and we have no need for man's approval or sanction.  God vindicates his anointed and declares our work good!   Work on Servants!

PRAYER: Lord, you alone have called us and qualified us to do what we do.  Help us to look only to you for approval and vindication from the accusations of our enemies.  Amen! 

Ps 27:1-3. . . .The Lord is my light and my salvation; he protects me from danger-whom shall I fear?  When evil men come to destroy me, they will stumble and fall! Yes, though a mighty army marches against me, my heart shall know no fear! I am confident that God will save me. TLB

DEFER AND SUCCEED!

What we may lack in our own ability and power, we can fully accomplish through Christ and His enabling power within us.  Simply defer to Him and succeed.  

PRAYER:  Lord, thank you for your enabling power!  There is nothing we cannot accomplish for the kingdom when we defer to you.  Amen.

Eph 1:19-21. . . . I pray that you will begin to understand how incredibly great his power is to help those who believe him. It is that same mighty power  that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in heaven, far, far above any other king or ruler or dictator or leader.  TLB

"So be careful not to jump to conclusions before the Lord returns as to whether someone is a good servant or not. When the Lord comes, he will turn on the light so that everyone can see exactly what each one of us is really like, deep down in our hearts. Then everyone will know why we have been doing the Lord's work. At that time God will give to each one whatever praise is coming to him. (1 Cor 4:5 TLB) 

As believers, each of us must be true to the work assigned to our hands.  We must be fully committed and give our all to it.  We look not for confirmation nor affirmation from men, but humbly go about our assignment letting the work we do speak for us.

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for allow us to be apart of your work in the earth.  Help us to go about our assignments with patience and humility allowing our work to speak for us.  Amen!

Col 3:23-24. . . .And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;  Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. KJV

KEEP A GOOD ATTITUDE!

"I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.  Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD."  (Ps 27:13-14 KJV)

God operates in His own time zone and our time (Chronos: clock time) is subject to it.  If we measure God's movement or the seemingly, "lack thereof" by our time, we may grow impatient, anxious, and even faint of heart.  Keep a good attitude (be of good courage) while fully trusting God; knowing that in just the right moment He will strengthen!

PRAYER: Lord, teach us to trust you more and wait with a good attitude for you to strengthen us in due season. Amen!

Ps 119:27-28. . . . Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.  My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.  KJV

STRENGTHEN OTHERS!

"And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:  But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren." (Luke 22:31-32 KJV)  

Like Simon, Satan's desire is to shake us up, mess us up, and destroy our destiny.  The continual prayers of our Savior however, cover and strengthen in every struggle.  As He indeed strengthens us, we too must seek to strengthen others along our way!

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for your prayers that continually cover and strengthen us.  Help us to in turn strengthen others along our way.  Amen!

Zech 10:12. . . .The Lord says, "I will make my people strong with power from me! They will go wherever they wish, and wherever they go they will be under my personal care."  TLB

EVERYTHING MUST CHANGE!

"Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,  And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.  (Mark 1:14-15 KJV) 

The law of repentance says nothing can remain the same, there must be a change in order to operate effectively in the kingdom.  A change in our minds, in our actions and attitude towards life and people!  We are in the world but, no longer of the world.

PRAYER: Lord, we accept your invitation into your kingdom here on earth.  We submit to your will and the process of repentance.  Amen!

2 Cor 5:.17. . . . When someone becomes a Christian, he becomes a brand new person inside. He is not the same anymore.   A new life has begun! TLB

BELIEVE LIKE HE BELIEVES!

ALL WILL BE WELL AND GO WELL!

"Then the Lord said: "The good figs represent the exiles sent to Babylon. I have done it for their good.  I will see that they are well treated, and I will bring them back here again. I will help them and not hurt them; I will plant them and not pull them up.  I will give them hearts that respond to me. They shall be my people and I will be their God, for they shall return to me with great joy." (Jer 24:4-7 TLB)  

God's full commitment to His people is unquestionable.  His divine purpose will be completed in spite of times of displacement, disappointment, and down right disobedience on our part.  When we turn to Him with fully surrendered hearts, He will ensure that all will be well and go well with us!

PRAYER: Lord, thank for your unquestionable commitment to us and our well being.  Your mercy and grace is amazing!  For this we continually give you praise.  Amen!

Lam 3:21-24. . . . Yet there is one ray of hope:  his compassion never ends. It is only the Lord's mercies that have kept us from complete destruction.  Great is his faithfulness; his loving-kindness begins afresh each day. TLB

STOP IT!

 3-2-2023. . . .STOP IT!

"This plan of mine is not what you would work out, neither are my thoughts the same as yours!  For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than yours, and my thoughts than yours. (Isa 55:8-9 TLB)  

Stop it, just stop it right now!  Stop all the negative self-talk and silence any negative voices around you. Cut off all negative influences that are preventing you from believing that God wants the best for you!  Since the beginning (our beginning) His plan for us has not changed; only our thoughts about it have.  It's time to rise to His level of thinking.  So again, STOP IT: JUST STOP IT RIGHT NOW!  Allow God to reveal His plan and manifest His will in your life!

PRAYER: Lord, reveal your plan to us and manifest your will in our lives!  Your way is the best way and your thoughts so much higher than our thoughts.  Brings us to your level of thinking.  Amen.

BEHOLD!

3-1-2023. . . .BEHOLD!

"Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.  Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?  I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.  (Isa 43:18-19 KJV)

Never allow the great things God has done for us in the past (and He has done great things for us) to restrict and constrain our expectation of what He can and will do for us in the future.  God says, "You can't imagine what I am going to do for you and in fact, I am already doing it!  BEHOLD!"

PRAYER: Lord, you are great and all you do is great!  Open our eyes to behold the fresh and new!  Amen.
